Vanilla Chai Biscotti

I’ve never made biscotti before, but I was excited to try it. They turned out really well, and I know that I will definitely be making them again soon. The recipe I used is for Chai Biscotti and can be found here. I used Vanilla Chai instead of regular, and substituted pumpkin spice for allspice. Overall, they are the perfect compliment to a cup of coffee or hot cocoa.

Sidenote: I have an obsession with drizzling chocolate on baked goods! It just looks pretty and tastes amazing. I mean, c’mon, it’s chocolate! :)

Spotlight: Carey Mulligan

Inspiration comes in all forms. A lot of my style inspiration comes from photos, magazines, designers, or just street style that I see every day. But sometimes it is also comes from a person and/or actor. I saw An Education a little while ago and fell in love with the movie. Carey Mulligan’s performance was beautiful, and I’ve respected her ever since. I adore her overall look and style.

Anyways… I found these photos inspiring, so I just thought I’d share. ♥

iFly Orlando

One of the great things about living in Orlando is being close to the attractions that many people travel far and wide to visit. Now, in general, I avoid the tourist-y stuff. However, iFly Orlando (previously known as SkyVenture) is amazing. It’s indoor skydiving. I would absolutely love to go real skydiving one day, but have yet to build up the courage. This is the perfect alternative.
